Friday: Meet New Friends
For families checking in on Friday, you can arrive anytime between 3:00-6:30 pm. Settle in, have some dinner, then join us for games and an evening bonfire.
Saturday: Ethiopia
All registered families can attend sessions of their choice. Each year our sessions vary, but typical options range from the educational (e.g., Ethiopian cooking, coffee ceremony) to recreational (e.g., arts & crafts, free time at the beach, geocaching, zip line). The day winds down with an Ethiopian dinner and dancing for all.
Sunday: Coffee and Closing
After a busy Saturday, Sunday moves at a slower pace. Join us for a coffee ceremony and our annual soccer game before our 1:00 checkout. Like Kamp Kurat on Facebook for activity updates as the weekend gets closer!
